Great location, view of the sea. Wifi weak in room, but quite good in lobby.

No phone, No wake up call pool water was dirtystaff at desk didn't speak english and I was not able to exchange dollars for pesos

Hotel needs a makeover. The lobby is inviting but the rooms not so much. The parking lot is full of potholes. The staff is friendly. There is a little boutique shop but it was closed every day’

Unbeatable location, make sure u ask for the renovated rooms. Overall maintenace in common areas is need it but location was most important for me.

Es la peor experiencia que e tenido es horrible esta muy sucio ese hotel dan muy mal servicio desde la recepcion hasta los demas trabajadores no les recomiendi a nadie ese hotel es lo peor esta muy feo hay mucha umedad dentro de los cuartos el personal nada agradeble los cuartos sucios no tienen agua la cortan los toiles sucios el elevador no sirve el aigre acondicionado no sirve es un asco ese hotel no lo recomiendo le dor cero de estrellas esta orrible

The hotel had a great ocean view from the room and lots of off street parking. There was also a working safe in the room. All are huge bonuses when traveling. The hotel could use some TLC but it and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

I can highly recommend this hotel: the Gulf of Mexico is right across the street, and the walled city is a three-minute wak away, where you’ll find great shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel offers a plentiful breakfast for about 80 pesos. The staff was very friendly, helpful, always smiling. Do yourself a favour, though, and learn some Spanish\: don’t expect everyone to speak English. It’s a gret place.

Beautiful view of the gulf, just a block from downtown and all the activities, restaurants, shows in the main plaza, shopping. Elevator was having problems, and we had to use the stairs a few times.

I have never been in a such horrible hotel in my life. Service at the front desk was terrible, the hotel is old and dirty, its hardly a 1 star hotel. Its a shame because it has excellent location in front of the ocean, but you should avoid this hotel at all costs.

Hotel and rooms need an urgent upgrade, old furniture, towels dingy, bathroom curtain torn, window curtain broken, etc. Rooms in general had humidity smell and sticky feeling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.
