Super Komfortabel, keine Aussicht, nasse Dusche

Sehr sauberes und Gepflegtes Hotel mit nettem Service und komfortabelen betten und Zimmern. Sehr großes Plus: das Super Frühstück das man da bekommt. Minus: die duschkabiene hatte keine türen mehr so das wenn mann geduscht hat das ganze Badezimmer unter wasser stand, an sich nicht sehr schlimm aber für mich persöhnlich schon ekelig auf einer nassen toilette zu sitzen. Und das Hotel hat über haupt keine Aussicht also das Foto im Internet eo man mehr undschiffe sieht ist wenn mann wohl aufs Dach vom Hotel klettert, für mich ist das leider ein fake! Von den zimmern aus hat man entweder eine Aussicht auf die Dächer des Marktplatzes oder auf das nebengebäude.

Our room was next to a night club and as such incredibly noisy. No quiet room were available on request. Thankfully the musuc went odf at midnight. Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers or children.

Very welcoming staff, clean rooms. Great edge of old town atmospheric location but worth noting cannot park closeby to drop off guests or luggage if thats important to you. Car park only 150m to be fair

It's very concerning that the staff aren't taking the coronavirus pandemic seriously. The person behind the front desk never wore a mask when speaking to people. The other staff wear masks sometimes. For breakfast, the indoor dining tables weren't blocked off and several people ate indoors - without masks, which is very dangerous given that coronavirus transmission mostly happens via people speaking indoors. Given their lax attitude, it also made me wonder if the room was sanitized properly prior to our arrival. We did not feel safe staying here.

There was music (and street noise) coming from outside till 04:30. Other than that, a good hotel.

We stayed at Infinity hotel for six nights towards the end of October and had a great time. The location was brilliant, just a few minutes from the marina and the ferry port & the hotel is actually located within a shopping centre. You step outside and there are shops & restaurants with plenty of places to eat within 50 meters of the hotel or walk down to the marina more options. Infinity was less than a five minute walk to the ferry port, where we hopped on and went to Rhodes for the day. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, the rooms are really spacious and very clean. The breakfast is really good, basic but enough to keep you going until lunch. There was a freshly baked cake each morning which was always very yummy. All the staff, from reception to the cleaners were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The icing on the cake would have been if the hotel had a pool, but the hotels which did have pools allow you access to use their facilities (which we did use). I would stay here again
