Astar Hotel

Second time staying here and love this hotel. Great bargain for the cleanliness and overall stay. Super polite staff and very decent/good breakfast buffet considering the cost. It’s a fairly new hotel (under a decade old) with a convenience store linked to it in case you wants snacks or a drink.

Clean and spacious with new facilities and great value for money.

Jeju city is pretty uninspiring but if you need to stay there, this hotel is good value and very clean. It’s near the bus station for those using public transport. The staff are quite formal and don’t speak a lot of English but tried to help us. The rooms are nice, hot spring area is basically just an expensive place to take a shower but the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Spacious and clean room, many restaurants around the area.

Room is spacious even with 3 comfortable beds. Bathroom is also spacious with modern toilet seat bidet. Cleaners do a wonderful job of cleaning our room Everyday. Short 7mins walking distance to the Jeju intercity bus terminal makes our travelling around Jeju very convenient. Personally, I dislike the centrally controlled aircondition because the hotel disabled the cooling function and switched all to heating only when weather turned chilly and I had to sleep near the open window to stay cool. This is at no fault of the hotel since it’s common in all hotels when weather turns cold. They did turn on the aircon function for our room when the other rooms at our section were not occupied, to which I am pleasantly surprised and grateful of their thoughtfulness. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel to stay.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is helpful. Close to the airport and hop on hop off tour bus. Highly recommended.

Nice clean hotel

酒店環境十分清靜. 房內打掃都算整潔,乾淨. 住了4晚. 每天都有清潔,打掃. 唯一要留意是沒有提供牙刷和牙膏. 週邊食市都算多.附近有麵包咖啡廳, 烤肉店.都值得去嘗試. 交通方面要步行遠一點,約10~15分鐘去長途公車站和觀光車站. 等公車時間較長. 從機場至酒店約15~20分鐘, 往新濟洲區坐計程車亦方便.酒店服務員很樂意幫忙電約. 整體來說, 是一間好的酒店. 如想要一個休閒旅遊, 可選擇此酒店.因它不是處於購物區. 但有幾個境點可步行20~30分鐘便可到達, 如東門市場,地下街,牧官衙,塔洞廣場..等等.
