Mangelnde und teure Parkmôglichkeiten,!!! Kein einziges deutsches Fernsehprogramm..

Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral, und unsere EG- Wohnung war angenehm groß. Allerdings gibt es ein Zimmer, das lediglich Licht durch einen Lichtschacht erhält und unmittelbar vor den zwei Wohnzimmerfenstern befindet sich ein Gästeparkplatz, so dass wir bei dem Blick nach draußen meistens nur den direkt vor den Fenstern stehenden Van gesehen haben- Aussicht nicht vorhanden, zumindest, wenn dieser Parkplatz besetzt ist!

Unsere Wohnung war im Keller und die Fenster waren Klein und mit Ausblick direkt zum Gehweg.

Gemütliches Appartment für 4...5 Personen in der Innenstadt von Tromsø, zentral gelegen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing (z.B. Polaria)

Licht funktionierte nicht überall.Duschkopf hielt nicht am Schlauch.Tiefkühler nicht nutzbar.Herd und Backofen nicht sauber.Esstischstühle defekt. Diverse Fensterrollos nicht brauchbar,an exponierten Fenster keine Neuen,obwohl die Vorrichtung vorhanden war.Für fünf Gäste zu wenig Geschirr.

Nice appartment with well equipped kitchen and good location, only some of the beds definitely need to be replaced

The apartment does not reflect any of the 90+ photos on hotels.com or entertromso.no or elsewhere. It is smaller than appear in photos. The general standard is low (they advertise "high standards"). e.g. the TV table is wobbly and unstable. 1 bedroom was smaller than the bathroom. The other was in the attic. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. No soap was in the shower dispenser. We were overall disappointed in the quality and condition of the place, for the price of 900$/2 nights.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Spotless. Good facilities. Comfortable bed. Wooden table a bit tired but clean. The only downside was the Entrance to the property. Which was down a set of steps. The top path was covered in ice and very slippery. But what can one expect in February!

Check in was fast and easy. 👍 Staff was friendly. Coffee and waffles were at reception for free. Excellent centralized location! Room condition was not as expected. We booked an apartment for 3 but the bedroom was extremely small and was under average condition. Because the room was on the top floor, we were basically stayed at an attic space. The light in the bedroom was 2 small LED light right above my head. Terrible. The third person had to sleep on the couch because when we tried to pull out the couch, it could not make a bed with it. The pull out was some kind of foam with something. So we just slept on the sofa for 4 nights. There was no phone in the room so we had to go down 3 stories and around the corner of the building in snow for service. The snow were not swept and cleaned on the stairs on the top floor where we were. We had an older friend with us, she was very afraid of taking those stairs. Apartment was not fully ready when we arrived. had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. sheets and blankets were not ready for the 3rd person. Front desk said those should be ready on the sofa but obviously they were not. Soap dispenser for the sink was empty. only one soap dispenser in the shower room for everything, no shampoo or conditioner. these are just basic amenities. Hot water was in and out. Can you imagine no hot water in a Norway winter?! WiFi was poor. WiFi was even slower and worse in the bedroom.Overall we were not satisfied with the apartment. We
