Well, I booked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room and they said there was no more rooms available and no other options.
Absolutely nothing for kids to do. Surly security. Filthy floors. Nasty old beds. Terrible food. Super tight slots. Just don't stay here.
I had no idea there was a special 9.11 tax at check out!!
Or stay was absolutely HORRIBLE. E we had a 6 am flight out of Las Vegas and drive from Arizona the night before to be close and rested. Although the rooms are non smoking, our room smelled like an ashtray and even had an ashtray on the table. Curtains were falling down carpet stained, just awful. Around 11:30 pm our neighbors started fighting, cussing, screaming... dogs barking. Got up to call security, no phone in the room. Got dressed to go downstairs and security showed up. He told them they would be kicked out if they didn’t keep it down. They kept it up for another hour finally one of them left the room, came back at 2:30 am and we’re at it again. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep. Got up at 3:30 to leave for the airport. Coffee maker has a film of dried sour milk in it. GROSS! This was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Wish I would have just slept in my car. When I complained, they told me that the neighbors were paying guests as well and there was nothing they could do about it. Felt as though they had their money and too bad if you didn’t like it. My dogs bed is cleaner than this place. DON’T STAY HERE EVEN IF IT’S CONVENIENT, YOU’LL BE SORRY!!
Beds were like laying on coil springs - very uncomfortable! Air Conditioner didn't work - was froze up! 90 ° out??. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rooms need updating.
This hotel is old and run down. Our room was dirty. During the pandemic, I take my own cleaning supplies and wiped down the counters/table. The tables were clean but the door knobs were super dirty. My clorox wipe was filthy after wiping the door knobs. The bathroom floor was just as dirty. My husband noticed the entrance door to our room had marks as if someone tried to break in to the room a few times before. Definitely not staying here again.
The hotel room had a horrible, uncomfortable bed. The air conditioner/heater had a toggle switch. You could either be freezing or burning up that was the only two options. Overall a waste of money.
We arrived at 11pm, parking was a nightmare, not enough spots but attendant was nice. Even though everything was pre-paid, we were made to paid an additional service fee which was not a deposit and additional to the service fee we already paid for. Although we had pre-reserved and pre-paid in full for a non-smoking room we were advised that the only one available was on the 2nd floor reserved for those with animals. No allergies so not a big deal except that another guest yelled about dog poop in their room about 20 min after we got to sleep. The walls are paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING!! Not great for exhausted kiddos trying to get to sleep. Room and bathroom were clean but out dated. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am and proceeded to unlock our door as we were scrambling to get dressed and answer it. Check out is 11am so there should never be any reason for housekeeping to enter a room prior to. Check out was easy and attendant was nice.
I was charged $9.11 a day for the resort fee. I was charged $18.22 for the resort fees for two days. no pool - no service for one day, - no coffee, or clean towels etc.
