Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The staff is taking the virus seriously and is constantly cleaning, requiring sanitation of your feet and hands before entering a restaurant, etc. Very impressed. Of course some people refused to wear their mask properly, but we avoided them. Not all restaurants were open, which was a little disappointing but understand with the reduced capacity, not feasible to have everything open.

We booked a swim up room which was a nice way to stay. The service was good but like many all-inclusives, you get tired of the same drinks, alcohol, food, etc. The Italian restaurant is very good and the service we received from Sergio and Alejandro was excellent. The building we were in was clearly the older one and you could see visible damage on the structure. Needs some work - looks tired - but that didn't dampen our stay.

This was the best service and food I have ever had at an all inclusive resort. Hyatt Ziva is definitely getting our business again in the future!

Very nice older hotel with lots of nice updates. The food is fabulous and the service is second to none. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. All of the bars have top shelf liquor and staff will not cheat you in any way. The grounds are beautiful and are well maintained. Highly recommend for couples that want a romantic getaway.

Overall the property was excellent. The private beach was excellent and extremely beautiful. Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Overall ambiance was nice throughout the day however at night the pool lights were off and the resort seemed kind of dead. Many options for food and drinks and overall good however some lacked salt and flavor as well as some other food was not warm enough. We overall had a great experience and will definitely be returning our next visit to Puerto Vallarta

Really enjoyed our stay here. We upgraded to the penthouse which we were told would have a pool. The “pool” was the size of the hot tub. Somewhat regret upgrading as our original reservation has a room with a hot tub and it would have been nice at night to have warm water. Overall though it was a beautiful two story room. The spa was FANTASTIC. The covid precautions were great. Would have loved more options on restaurants but understand with covid the limits that are occurring.

Great beach . Probably the best . 2 restaurants closed because of Covid . 3 restaurants were open. The Italian was good . The buffet was great. The American restaurant was so bad it reminded me of restaurants in Eastern Europe during the communist era . Beach service and drinks were great . We stayed here 5 years ago during better times. Let’s hope that the food improves after Covid . I will come a 3rd time .

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Polite, nice and excellent staff. Excellent sevice as well. Food are great. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel, private beach, incredible service, very safe, 24-hr room service is incredible (recommend them steak quesadilla), staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend you splurge a little to stay in the southern tower with a swim up or balcony with a hot tub. Restaurants: Breakfast Buffett omelet bar is incredible as is the jugo verde, which is a blend of fresh vegetables and fruits juices to get your morning started. Lunch, go to Blaze and enjoy the beautiful ocean view and friendly Coati as the iguanas sunbath on the rocky shoreline. Dinner, the Italian restaurant was great, the duck pasta was very nice as was the house wine and desert options. Take advantage of the spa/massage option for a reasonable price, it is an incredible experience for individuals or couples. Ask for help from one of the many willing attendants on the beach if you need an umbrella set up or a fresh beverage (mango margarita were a hit, as were the micheladas). Bang for your buck it’s almost laughable how well taken care of you’ll feel by the end of your stay. Couldn’t say enough to encapsulate what a rewarding experience our week long stay was. Especially during Covid times, the extra measures for hygiene/sanitation were much appreciated and reassuring our stay would be safe and enjoyable to the fullest extent possible. We will be back, soon, and often. Loved it!
