Bathtub had a lot of hair in & around it. More so when the jets we're on

The bathtub had some chips and cracks.

Quick overnight stay during a road trip, comfortable bed and clean sheets. Definitely would stay again

Was bummed no pool or spa, but oh well. We had 2 rooms. Our first one had a bed that was too soft. They were very accommodating and gave a different room, said all the beds were the same age, 1 year old and the exact same beds. But the second room was not as soft, but very comfortable to us. It was a nice trip

Good service, one bed was way too soft for me. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Very happy with stay overall

We stay in this hotel for a week once or twice a year. This was the worst experience ever and we will not be back. The man who checked us in (a young blond guy) did not really care one way or the other how we were treated. The shower was atrocious. It shot straight out and hit the back wall of the shower and was so broken that it wasn’t adjustable (room #117) The last day we were there our shower curtain was removed while we were out. No explanation; just gone. One day the cleaning crew never showed. Most days we were shorted towels. It was overall a poor experience and it’s disappointing because this hotel is in a perfect location to our family when we visit. Next visit, we will just have to drive from a hotel that is further away.

Wonderful location. Great food. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

hidden pet charges your hit with upon arriving, but other than that is was very nice place. A little hard to find as GPS systems cannot not find it.

Everything was great with the exception of the bath tub. Stopper did not work.

The hotel from the outside is beautiful and I think the inside was nice. The rooms were what I expected and nice. They were clean I had no issues. Biggest disappointment was that this particular facility had opted to keep the pool closed and was not providing breakfast at this time. In addition when we arrived the elevator was out of service the ice machine was out of service and all the bathrooms were closed and out of service as well as the lobby. I feel like it’s probably mostly related to the Covid stuff and just bad timing on the elevator but it was just an unfortunate time for us to stay here when all that was going on. Otherwise I think it was a nice hotel and I would have no problem returning. The only other thing I would mark on is if you’re not familiar with the Boise area this is not really close to anything. It’s not far to drive to downtown Boise or surrounding places but this particular location is kind of out on it’s own and more of an industrial area and not overly close to anything.
