Paradise Beach Hotel

The staff were very approachable and helpful. Ivan was great he deserves 5 stars The breakfast was very good. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great and the stay was amazing, however we didn't have warm water in the shower initially. We reported it and they eventually corrected it but we did have to report it 3 times and it took 2 days. I don't think this is their normal response as everything else was perfect. I would go back even with the water issue!

La atencion en el restaurante fue excelente, sin embargo desde la llegada al aeropuerto la persona que nos llego a traer se porto grosero y arrogante. Las instalaciones no son las mejores. La ducha estaba mala y nunca la fueron a arreglar. Por el precio que pague lo pensaria para regresar a este hotel.

Loved the hotel! But room 1304 really isn’t a “poolside suite”. The buildings need a new coat of paint (that’s the salt air). The loveseat in the room needs replacing (it’s a little saggy). The mattress is very firm. The restaurant was good but overpriced compared to other locations on West Bay. The best deal is a bucket of the local beer for 16 USD. The beach is BREATHTAKING! The men who fetch your cushions and umbrellas AWESOME! The front desk service was spectacular! The activities director SUPERB! All in all it was an exceptional value! Almost forgot, the breakfast that is included in the room is delicious and they offer made to order omelets! Once again not super luxurious but very nice and a great value!

Paradise!! Great location, beautiful beach, lovely breakfasts, amazing snorkelling right from the beach. The food at the beach bar was delicious - particularly the tuna tartar. Just around the corner and down the lane are more great eats at the little shops - amazing lobster at a great price; and at Nice and Spicy everything we ordered was mouthwatering. Just wish we’d had time to try more. Dawson is an excellent host and really made us feel welcome as did many of staff, servers and super nice security guards. Will absolutely stay there again.

I love the place it was beautiful the beach was amazing. The staff was fabulous everywhere. I found the restaurant and the bar a little more expensive than other places.

Paradise Beach was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. We had a room in the Paradise Oceanic, just across a private alley from the main resort. It was comfortable with a small bathroom & balcony (no view). The building has a gym & roof deck with a small pool & beautiful views. Our first experience at the pool restaurant was not great, (waited for service & food was mediocre). The included breakfast was good, and conditions were better at the beach restaurant (no bugs) but the food was still so-so and the prices are too high. There are plenty of restaurants in West Bay with excellent food. You will pay $22 for a gourmet meal instead of chicken fingers & fries. I loved that the courtyard/pool area at Paradise Beach is filled shade trees to get out of the sun. Not many lounge chairs but we didn’t have any issues. Cruise passengers are bussed over & this is one of the main destinations but we only noticed it on one day. The snorkeling is fantastic. The area in front of the hotel is crowded & busy with boats but a short walk to the south end brings you to a quieter cove. There are many vendors, but just politely say no & they move on. We wanted to do some birding so Chris arranged a tour by George “Roatan” who took us to the Arboretum & other spots to see some unique species. George also leads kayak birding tours & is a dive guide. Highly recommended. Overall a wonderful experience & I would recommend West Bay & Paradise Beach.
