Hotel Chipinque

Un buen lugar para escaparse el fin de semana con la pareja o la familia. El lugar es limpio, tranquilo y cómodo. La comida en restaurante es rica y los precios justos.

Terrible experience, from the beginning, wouldn't let us in the room 15 min early, bad service at the restaurant, charged wrong and then weren't able to refund, the rooms are too close and you can hear EVERYTHING, sheets and towels with bad smell, not enough towels, slippery floors and no rugs for after taking a shower, I can go on. On the positive side it's a beautiful property and the location is INCREDIBLE.

Gorgeous Views! Nice, clean AND spacious room with 2 double very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was not workiing well, but It was easily repaired. TV had a special"noise" with very few english channels. Bathroom very small.

En general bien. Lo malo: quisieron sacar copias del NIP de mi tarjeta de crédito en recepción y el desayuno muy grasoso.

El paisaje inigualable, la atención por parte del personal excelente, la comida del restaurante deliciosa.

Is a nice view, great weather, people are very nice, so many things to do, walk in the nature

Excelente servicio !!! te hacen sentir bienvenido. Y aunque no estaba disponible alberca (medidas COVID); las vistas son espectaculares.

Dirty My bedsheets were dirty and so was the bedspread

My bedspread was stained and the service in the restaurant was slow and inaccurate. The food was bland and not resort quality . the views were the best part but the resort could do much better with accommodation of guests

I liked the view and all the woodwork. So close to great hiking trails! For me, the only drawbacks were unfriendly staff (they weren’t warm at all) and the fact that there is no coffee in the room. The restaurant was very close though, so it was okay. I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The heat worked. The blankets were warm and snuggly. The water was nice and hot. I do recommend bringing some water and snacks for hiking.
