Came around 22h for one night after a flight. Rather swift check-in. It is stated that airport transfer is available, though when you come on hiltons website - it is stated that one is not temporarily available.
The room did not have neither slippers, not bath robes, had to ask separately (for slippers only, which were provided). Not a full set of towels for 2 persons.
There were 2 bottles of water, though no bottle opener. 2 cups, with one spoon. Shower gel & shampoo were present near the sink, though no soap there.
The room temperature sat at 26.5 degrees and aircon did not make much difference. Engineering team came to fix, said the aircon did work properly and required time for temperature to drop. No temperature change for two hours though - spoke to the reception, have been advised of 3 different rooms (same temperature there and it also did no change with aircon on), though changing did not make any sense.
Electricity was off/on twice during the night.
Bed itself was comfy, though duvet was some kind of a sandwich (no required though due to the room temperature) - a sheet, a blanket in between and a sheet on top.
The design of the room and hotel itself is promising, but there is a huge room for improvement.
