Second time to sea garden, food still not good,never hot, no coffee after meals,coffee should be avalible at ALL times,. Service and people great

This was our second time here. First time was a bit better, as we had a more modern, big brand hotel quality room. Note, though they're priced similar, ALWAYS opt for the deluxe over the standard room; there's a significant difference in fit and finish. The room definitely was not to the same level as the first, with aged bathroom flooring and furniture, as well as a tub combo that's either ice cold or 3rd degree burn hot. The 2 bed layout was very useful though as we have an infant. The amenities are the main attraction here, with some truly mind blowing live entertainment after dinner. Big pool with a bar, nightclub area, snack shop outside and the beach bar and grill, and you have some compelling reasons to stay on the premises for the duration of your visit. But this is all inclusive, and thus, what's expected. Food was excellent, but the variety struggles, and you quickly find the same choices on offer day and night. The TV service varies, as the first stay here was literally unwatchable, and this stay we had pretty good reception. Overall, for the cost, it's still roughly 6/10ths of the all inclusive experience at 8/10ths the cost, depending on what sort of deal you get or room you select. I'd still recommend them as an slightly above average starting point for a resort, but definitely wouldn't set this property as a goal to work up to one day. There's far better on offer in the same area, but this gives a fair bit of the flavor that comes with the resort experience.

The property was nice. The front desk staff was a little frustrating and had little patience.

The on line pictures are fault, there's not beach. Yes, there's a lot big rocks in the clear water.

The only was very old and out dated. Its like i was staying in a motel not a hotel .food was horrible the only thing that was nice was a few of the workers

The staff was great. Breakfast and lunch could be better. Some upgrades to the rooms would be nice.

I think one should be able to entertain a visitor in the lobby, not eat drink or participate in anything but just to talk.

My husband and I had a wonderful time.The food was great. The view was excellent. Staff was welcoming and accommodative.
