Pro: die Lage, Aussicht und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön. Contra: das Receptionpersonal ist unbeholfen & nicht hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist ungenügend und ohne Abwechslung. Für alle die nicht all inclusive gebucht haben, wäre es schön eine bessere Qualität zu bekommen..

Man läuft sehr lange zum Strand und der Weg ist sehr steil. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist leider nicht gut. Der Kaffee ist zum davonlaufen... 95% der Hotelgäste sind italienisch. Somit muss man auch wirklich lange nach Personal suchen dass paar Wörter englisch spricht. Das Hotel ist eher wie ein Club. Voll mit Familien mit Kindern mit sehr lauter Musik am Pool.

Not a great stay. We had no hot water for the first 24hrs, the phone in the room didn't work - so we had to run between reception and the room to flag the problem. The solution was to run the bidet for 2min before taking a shower. Noticed that the water was a pale yellow colour? Also, the toilet splashed back when you flushed it. We got woken up by housekeeping at 9:15 - thinking back it was a bit Fawlty Towers. None of the activities they sell themselves on were available (not all due to Covid). The beach/ loungers were empty - a plus you may think, but we weren't allowed to lay on the beds closest to the sea because we didn't have a super premium room. At over £500 for 3 nights, it definitely wasn't worth it.

We were definitely disappointed with many things about this resort. One was the completely close at the end of September/end of season and they end all shows and entertainment and kayaks a week before they even shut. This is not at all made clear by hotels.com and there is literally noting to do but sit at beach or by pool. The pool bar was also shut which is a big shame. The food was awful, like a cruise ship buffet. The eggs at breakfast were cold everyday and there was like no vegetarian options for dinner. They say they have a car/taxi but it can’t travel to the nearby resorts or beaches as it’s not suitable for the roads and a taxi for an 8 min drive was 40 euro one way. So you absolutely need a car. You can walk anywhere as it’s on the main road and it’s very dangerous. Would be a good idea to have boat taxis that can take you to the nearby beach restaurants and resorts. The app is a joke, you can book anything on it or load money on the prepaid cards they ask you to use. The beds are very hard. We booked for our anniversary and wife’s bday and not a word was said and no acknowledgment even though I mentioned it on booking. Lunch if you don’t have it as all inclusive is 25 pp for buffet or you can eat at the beach bar but it’s only caprese, and a couple sandwiches. The beach is gorgeous, the views are gorgeous but we wouldn’t go back.

Was a lovely clean hotel but I wouldn’t say four star as it claims but nice none the less. Staff not so friendly didn’t have the go the extra mile factor. Little bit out of the way from anywhere too so we spent quite bit on tacos getting out and about. The beach was beautiful and my favourite part of the resort

Amazing location beautiful hotel

It is a great place for a beach holiday with activities and excursions. Food is excellent even a buffet style. Absolutely need a car as no transportation is available. Even infrequent shuttle to Olbia or Golfo Oranci would be greatly appreciated

Our family stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Our check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and fresh towels were provided daily. Our room was in village #1 which is at the very top. We had no issues with noise from the outdoor theatre. The hotel grounds are spectacular and a golf cart circles the resort if you want to choose to have a ride or walk to different partas of the resort. The meals were delicious with decent variety. The beach is excellent. We had no issues finding sunbeds. The staff dont all speak English but were helpful.
