Extremely immature staff. Little girls run this place and are rude to foreigners. I prepaid 9,800 peso for 3 nights in advance. My girlfriend who was scheduled to check in one night before my arrival was killed in a car accident 2 nights prior but I was unaware to my last flight from USA. This staff was less then accommodating despite the circumstances and when i finally arrived, they didn't seem the least bit sensitive of my situation. I elected to leave after only one night stay given my state of mind. Apon ddeparture, they practically refused to give me writen confirmation to submit to the third-party booking company due to the fact that would be cut out. To add insult to injury, they hit me with a 55 peso invoice for a pineapple juice. I was done at that point. Very unsatisfied, and that was my first impression of service in the Philippines.

The Hotel is overpriced and in need of modernising. Staff were ok, but some requests were ignored before arrival so we incurred additional costs for something we requested earlier on. Internet was not great and could only be assessed from the bathroom. Toilet seat was also broken until we requested a repair, and the room had a bad smell. You should only show the real up to date photos of rooms booked and not the best room in the hotel when it first opened, this is very misleading and extremely disappointing.

Very clean room, bathroom was tiled on floor and in shower. Breakfast was very good and very good price. A dipping pool, bar and spa are located on the top floor. Only negative would be there was no microwave in the room and the in room coffee was bad. Most hotels have bad in room coffee so I'm not complaining too much. Great centralized location to the city of Cebu. Security at the front door we're very accommodating and professional. I would definitely stay there again.

Picture in the advertisement is not the room they give you, even though i took snapshots of online pictures while i purchased ticket. They ssid i need to take it up with where i purshased my ticket from. Room had no window, air conditioners frozen and leaking on the floor. I was switched to another room which had a window but had awful odor to it. Not recommended!
