Just a great place staff was super and my bed was so comfortable great sleep can’t wait to go back

Overall the stay was nice. We have been there before and like the hotel based on amenities and location. This time with COVID there were a lot of things in place which made us feel safe and we appreciated it. One COVID rule was that there was a sign up to use the pool or game room. The first time we signed up the woman at the front desk said to get our names in for as many times as we wanted because most times people don't show up. The next morning when signing up for more than one spot the man at the front desk made a remark to "leave some space for other guests" under his breath. One thing that was not acceptable to me was that around 11PM one of the alarms in our room started beeping. (Clearly needing a change of battery.) No problem, I went to the front desk to ask what the next step is. The response at the front desk was there was nothing she could do and would tell someone in the morning. My response was "am I supposed to listen to that beep every 90 seconds all night?" to which she said "I guess so unless you want to try and fix it yourself." So I did. So I opened the fire alarm (which was electrical not battery operated) and found that the wires were not even plugged in at all so I connected the fire alarm. Then I moved on to the other alarm (which I assume is the carbon monoxide monitor) which was the one with the dead battery. I got a new battery and it was all set. Other than the man complaining about us in front of us and the beeping alarm we love this hotel.

Friendly, helpful service. Clean rooms and pool. Beautiful hiking trails out back. We snowshoed. Fire pit, pizza oven, billiards room, even an arcade room. Great price ,lots to do! The beds were so comfy.

There was a few down falls, but it over all was nice. We had to switch rooms the second day I wasn’t happy about, but we did it ( I guess do to the way hotels.com booked it). When we scheduled for the pool the people who were in there didn’t want to leave and it cut our time down to 25 minutes. Other then that we had a nice time. Very clean, the beds need an upgrade and the workers are all very nice. ( because of the way my room was booked the manager did give us a complimentary night.

While the room did not live up to the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. The fridge was quiet, the heat worked and the tv had lots of channels. There is an indoor pool and game room. We got a good night's sleep. We used the complementary pass for cross country skiing. The trails were great. The location was perfect.

I took my 3 children here! as a single mother I have to say there extremely friendly, always on top of everything, it’s a safe environment! It’s clean especially due to the pandemic I’d give it a 5 star rating thank you for the safe stay! Also there pool is awesome

Good bed. But SUPER NOISY. Walls and ceiling seem paper thin. Had 2 white noise machines and still heard thumping of feet all night long.

It was great stay. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very good. The only thing I have to say is that if you stay on the first floor the second floor rooms the floor creaks a lot when people walk in their room. We got woken up everyday at 6 am by the people above our room because of their walking, there was running, and also they kept dropping stuff. It was very annoying.
