Loved the location of the hotel! On a quieter street but still at the center of downtown and easy access to all locations. Beautiful rooms and quiet in the evenings. Wish they had a bar, though

Nice hotel in a loud area
We stayed here 4 nights in a room with king bed and full balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, great quiet air conditioning, nice selection of cable stations and good shower with tons of pressure. Our only complaint is it is VERY loud here. The church bells go off every 15 minutes and a nearly night club blasts deafening bass music very late into the night. There is little soundproofing so its hard to sleep. Side note - the few guests we saw seemed to be older, affluent folks. It was pretty empty when we were there. Never saw anyone eating supper there. And only a couple of tables having breakfast. Warning - very little English spoken here by staff.

The day shift was amazing. They were nice and inviting. The bed and 7 pillows were amazing . Also enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant. The location was great as well it is near the Jardín Union. Enjoyed my stay.

Beautifully maintained, and beautifully renovated. Large rooms, great beds, incredibly well sound-proofed windows, and comfortably-sized and well-equipped bathrooms. Very responsive staff in general, and in particular w/r/t a personal emergency we had. very good restaurant that merits visiting even if you’re not staying there. Well located, close to the Jardín but away from the nightly liveliness.

Incredible location in the center on the city
I loved the hotel and the room. I loved the balcony and the view. The service was excellent as well as the location. The only thing I think can be improved is the pressure in the shower. Congratulations on your hotel. We also had an excellent breakfast at the restaurant.
