Would not recommend at this price point
Room: My room was clean and modern with a decent balcony attached. Some form of shade/covering on the balcony would have been good
Property grounds: Property grounds were decent. Grass and hedges were well maintained and people were constantly mopping floors. However some areas outside are probably in need of painting/maintenance.
Amenities: Not many amenities that typical all-inclusives at this price point would have. Would be nice if they had a beach bar, also some of the pool bars were not staffed at certain points of the day.
Service: Staff was polite and friendly for the most part with the odd person having some attitude. I think this was due to the fact though that they were clearly understaffed putting the staff who were there under stress.
Pools and Beach: Didn't really spend much time in any of the pools as the main pool was quite a ways from my room. The beach was pristine as it is Negril, so nothing the hotel has to really do there. There were alot of beach chairs and umbrellas for guests.
Food: The main reason why I am reviewing this place so poorly is the food. Food should always be the thing that resorts focus on the most for their guests and I can say that this is some of the worst food I have ever had at a resort. Options were limited, the food tasted terrible (most food was either overcooked, bland or seasoned badly). Food staff were clearly overworked and in need of help. The best food I had the entire time there was the burger, which says alot.
