Friendly and politeness staff at door step and front desk is good impression The property still look good maintenance & unique. Sure will be back to this hotel. I have to give compliments to staff hotel guard, guard security(door opener) & front desk during my first day arrival it free hassle & very quick

Very accessible to night market & Platinum mall. There is 7-11 nearby. Breakfast is available made fresh everyday w/ a lot of choices. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Location is 10 mins away from Platinum fashion mall which is ideal. And with sooo many massage palours along the same street, you can easy step into one on your way back to the hotel after supper. But if it is your first time staying, it can be a headache getting there because it is somewhere between Ratchaprarop and Phaya Thai station (airport rail link). It's nearer to the former actually and the best (and safest) way to get to the hotel is to take a 10-15 min walk through the Pratunam morning/night market area from Ratchaprarop station. There is a shortcut if you walk along the train tracks but I wouldn't advise it because its filled with pebbles and is pretty secluded. Even if my feet could take it my luggage couldn't. Also the sound insulation at the hotel is terrible. I could hear people talking in the next room, and yes, it is possible to listen in on their conversation if you wanted to. In the morning, I could also hear housekeeping staff chatting along the corridor. At night, I could hear the loud construction noises going on outside. Needless to say while the bed was very comfy, I didn't get much quality sleep. Other than that, the service and level of hospitality provided by the staff is great.

Great location & friendly staff

Staff were very friendly, room indeed very clean and two thumbs up for the location. Jlwalking disyance almost to every mall, shopping center, market, tons of food stall and the most amazing for every one who stay there, the place only 15 minutes walk to BTS (skytrain station) Phayathai station and Ratchatewi station. Will back again for sure

Very decent and affordable hotel, air-con works great. Staff are generally welcoming, and very friendly. However we was not used to the water pressure of the showerhead as there was not a lot of water flow, so shower took more time. Location is very convenient, nearby 7-11 and Family Mart convenient stores.

Checking into and out from the hotel is fast and easy. Location is walking distance to market and town. Wifi in the hotel room is good. TV programme selection in the hotel are many with Local and soccer/ movies/ entertainers TV shows) Aircon in our rooms acceptable. Overall for us is enjoyable and acceptable during our stay 3days. Recommend!

Overall very pleased with the hotel. Comfort, service, security and value for money. The only set back is that you have to walk out a very tight lane to the main road, not so convenient especially if you have small children, otherwise is almost perfect for this hotel!

Breakfast is surprisingly good. Cosy area to enjoy breakfast. Rooms are clean, strong wifi.
