Springhill Suites by Marriott Carle Place Garden City

The place is very good. Conveniently located next to Roosevelt field mall. However, becuase of pandemic, they were not doing room service and the morning breakfast was served in bags. While its not ideal, I can understand why such adjustments were made during the pandemic.

The entire hotel was EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!! Many hotels right nearby to choose from, thus is the only one I will go to! Have stayed here 3X in the past 3 months. Mal is amazing!!

The room were not clean the clean up and did not vacuumed it was a horrible stay

The hotel was super clean and in line with Covid precautionary measures. I felt safe as everyone wore mask and adhered to social distancing. The room was immaculate and quite. The gym and pool was fab. My wife an I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return again. Btw our check in lady was very pleasant and professional it was a great compliment to our overall experience and she made us feel very welcomed.

I stayed here a couple of days to work and study more focused. Service was great even though they have reduced personal for example they dont do your room but whatever you need they bring for you. The only issue is that there were A LOT of noises upstairs as if they were constantly moving furniture or running around the floor. We couldnt sleep

All areas were cleaned according to safety standards. Signs are posted reminding people of safety rules. The hotel is near major shopping areas and there are numerous restaurants to choose from. However, a vehicle is needed. The only con is if someone is in the room above you, the noise from walking feet is heard. I would suggest you ask for a room on the top floor.

Disappointed no breakfast or service .No staff present when looking to purchase a beverage.Have stayed here in the past many times because of location

The food is a sealed bag with muffin, granola, yogurt and apple or orange juice. Online it shows buffet but that's misleading. Other hotels don't even have a good option. My wife is always excited for the waffle maker at the morning buffet so I thought they would have the morning buffet , since buffets are now open with hand sanitizer and or gloves but I guess this is more cost efficient. The room was very large for NY and everything was sparkling Clean and quiet. We did hear toilets flushing every so often but it wasn't overwhelming the tv was always on. I heard sex sound sin the bathroom but it was only for a minute or so lol so that was just comical glad the kids didn't come this time tho. We would have to do some explaining. This was a long studio if we were in a double bed maybe we would have been on a higher floor around other patrons with kids. Love being able to see my car from my hotel room especially since there's signs up saying the hotel is not responsible for theft to vehicles.
