Das Zimmer war ziemlich dreckig. Schimmel an der Decke im Bad und generell ziemlich staubig. Es kam uns so vor als wäre 2 Wochen keiner mehr durchgegangen zum wischte.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und absolut für das Geld in Ordnung. Wir haben extra 10 Euro für Parken bezahlt, weil zum einen es schwer war einen Parkplatz auf der Straße zu finden und als wir spät Abends ankamen es auch nicht so sicher auf den Straßen aussah, dass wir unser Auto dann doch lieber in der abgesicherten Tiefgarage wissen wollten.

Freundliches Personal, funktionierende kleine Küche, ordentliches Bad. Expedia schreibt, dass man vor der Ankunft per SMS einen Zugangscode zugeschickt bekommt. Das ist falsch! Es gibt eine besetzte Rezeption (auch nach 19:00 Uhr) und Plastikkarten zum Öffnen der Tür.

Leider war das Bad innenliegend ohne Lüftung und es roch extrem schimmelig, der Teppichboden war mit vielen Flecken, der Fahrstuhl sehr, sehr langsam. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, ansonsten das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber wenig Klopapapier, aber für den Preis kann man über solche Kleinigkeiten nicht meckern. Die lage ist sehr gut, viele Metros in der Nähe, die Docks und günstige Einkaufsmöglickeiten. Frühstück fand ich persönlich nicht so toll, aber das kann man sich dank der Kochnische auch selber machen. Ich würde selber nicht mehr dort wohnen wollen wegen des extremen Schimmelgeruchs und lieber für das nächste Hotel etwas mehr investieren wollen. Marseille super schön!!!

Frankly i don't know what to say about all the reasons to not go there : - they try to charge you for a room already paid on hotels.com - they refused at first to provide a receipt for local taxes (unbelivable) - they say the check in is at 4pm then when i showed the email where it's written between noon and 4pm they said sorry we meant midnight ! So i did have to wait two hours for my room and what a room ! - at arount 10pm i felt something in my hand and actually there was insects in the bed Avoid this place if you need a peacful vacation

Shabby room. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. In a building site. Bed was ok. Absolutely nothing around the area. Only reason to stay there is if you need to walk to work in the immediate area.

I found this hotel thinking it was a great deal for a few nights in marseille. Based on the pictures, the hotel appeared to be a nice and cozy stay in a fully furnished studio. Little did I know that I would be checking into a semi renovated room in a creepy building. The check in process was a complete mess as the staff did not have any rooms available when I showed up. The utensils and plates in the kitchen area were not well cleaned. The bathroom sink was faulty and the water could not go down fast which caused a bad odor. The air condition vents did not work properly so regardless of whether you put on the heater or cold air, nothing changed. The room just remained stuffy. I stayed for a total of 5 nights and no one ever entered the room to clean. On the 3rd day I went to go ask and was told that they only clean the room once every 7 days so I'm not qualified to have my room cleaned. This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. No only that but I was also told that they would have to charge me if I need more clean towels. Again, I stayed for 5 nights and only 2 towels were provided. The breakfast was also a dissapointment. The supposed "scrambled eggs" was just yellow pudding. I first thought it was a mistake but it was the same thing put out every morning. Overall, I am highly disappointed in this stay and I regret ever choosing this hotel. What was advertised was very different from reality.

I have taken photos of the property. I would be happy to share with you. I had booked for 5 nights and stayed a total 1 night. I checked into a different apartment. This was not a good experience.
