Art 57 Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

Prinzipiell ein nettes Hotel: sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage (sogar mit Parkplatz ein paar Meter entfernt). Leider hatten wir mit unserem Zimmer ein wenig Pech. Es war sehr klein, dunkel (hatten nur 1 Fenster welches allerdings auf den Gang führte) und laut (ganz in der Nähe der Rezeption). Zudem fiel in der Früh das Wasser und Wlan komplett aus (keine Entschuldigung o.ä) Wichtig auch: Mückenschutz (auch beim Frühstück) nicht vergessen!

Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind extrem laut

The property is beautiful. Our room was very nice. However, we had booked a junior suite and so did my brother-in-law. When we arrived we were told they overbooked and there were no suites available. After discussing our options the front desk person said that if we wanted to take a regular room we had to phone Expedia first, that he couldn't do it for us. We obviously weren't happy with the situation and suddenly one suite became available, so we took it. My brother-in-law then wasted the next half an hour (and his phone minutes) on the phone with Expedia just to be told the hotel had to make the phone call. That was very frustrating, but finally it was settled and he is to get a refund of the difference between the junior suite and the regular room. Also, the internet doesn't work in the rooms, which actually didn't matter because the TV and internet were out for most of our stay anyway. They said it would be fixed by midnight the one night, but by 11 the next day it still wasn't working and it was time to check out. So, although the property is nice and is in a decent location, I cannot recommend it.

Small quaint hotel with very nuce abd helpful staff. When my flight was delayed multiple times and resulted in me arriving at 3:30a.m., they waited up for me to let me in! Above and beyond service!

Cute little hotel in Merida. A little further than some other hotels but in a quiet and safe area. The staff and friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are outdated but the water pressure is good. The TVs have Netflix when you just need time to relax.

The best part of this hotel are the photos ,great photographer .The hotel is actually seedy and smells of stale humidity for lack of maintanence . The breakfast consist of a delicious coffee and stale microwaved bread. The fruits are good I will never go back or recommend this hotel

Nice hotel - aircon works, wifi in rooms and lobby great. The staff are lovely,professional and very helpful with any questions.

Great hote deep in the right area of the city. Additional pillows would be a positive change.

We stayed at this property for two weeks during our move to Mexico. We had 11 suitcases so needless to say the room was too small with all these belongings. However, the staff, the breakfast and the location were great. We have stayed here before and were pleased to be back.
