The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful.

I like the peacefulness the cleanest I didn't like too much the way the TV was set up it should have been on the further end of the dresser.Rm426 Now Rm608 was fine but over all it was a Great stay Ill be back on the 14teen

The hotel & room were very clean, and it was connected to prudential center which is great if your attending event !

I liked the easy access to the Prudential Center without having to literally go outside.

The hotel has great location, right next to Prudential Center. We were staying at the hotel for a hockey game, so the location made it easy. The hotel is clean, modern, but not much for food or breakfast options, the restaurant was closed everytime we walked by. We ended up ordering food from local restaurant to be delivered.

What I like it was close to the airport and downtown. What I didn’t like is , I was on my way to the elevator the maid was in the mall way, I said hello she said hi Do you need towels, I said yes, she said here put it in your room, so I had to turn back and Take the towels to my room , also she came to the door and ask for the garage, which I give her them closed the door and left, when I cam back just how I left the beds and room nothing was done .

We stayed for 1 night to catch a basketball game at the adjoining Prudential Center. Pros- Easy connecting access to Prudential. Spacious, clean, and updated rooms. Good price. Cons- $30 per day parking. Extremely sketchy neighborhood nearby however, stay very close to property and you should be fine.

The hotel was great, clean, and convenient to the train station. It felt secure along with the attached parking garage. The surrounding area was definitely unsafe feeling and I would not suggest walking around outside of the hotel.
