Although most Riu hotel chains are generally good and offer decent services, unfortunately, on the first and second days, due to overcrowding, we did not experience any proper service or good food. However, on the last day, the service and food slightly improved. My main issue, however, was that the hotel reservation included a dollars credit, which initially made us very happy. But due to their tricks and unreasonable explanations, despite our persistent follow-ups, we were unable to use it. We left the hotel with a very bad memory, and the money we paid, along with the unused credit, was not worth it.
