Great service by front desk and staff. At the pool Gabriel gives superb service. Good place to stay and safe, they follow all safety measures. The only thing that I must say is hotel needs some maintenance. There's holes in the rooms and although the hotel is beautiful, it looks like it could have better maintenance. Food is delicious bat the buffet and the restaurants. The only negative would be a fee for room service in a all inclusive hotel?? Overall my experience was very good I would say.
We paid extra to have an unuable swimout it was rusted out with that loose concrete pieces in pool and over patio. Patio furniture filthy, the water never got pass Lukewarm.. asked them to fix all these issue it was half done. The food was subpar and the same thing served everyday. The only plus the staff was friendly and attentive... Property needs work
Service was great the people were great, however the Hilton hotel looked terrible one out of three elevators worked our sink wouldn’t drain in our room and our room smelled moldy and musty . 6 out of 10
It was unfortunate not many things were open. They should have had a DJ outside the pool area. Staff was kindly.
It’s an old rundown hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. It was overpriced the food was icky LOL however the staff did an excellent job
Amazing rooms and views of the ocean. The food is a hit and miss but overall okay. I would definitely stay there again. And it’s really close to the airport and local spots.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative is that while i was at the hotel, they were doing maintenance on different areas which required my room to be moved twice, as well as having problems with the air conditioning control in my room.
Hacienda rooms are great and great beach and pool. Gym was amazing too
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Food and drinks were great for an all inclusive. We had no problems making reservations at the restaurants, as you couldn't make a reservation more than 48 hours in advance, so they were not all booked up by the time we checked in like some all inclusives. Drink selection was great as well, as previous all inclusives we have stayed at had lower end liquor at the bars. We had a swim out room, which was great. The swim out pool was connected to other room's swim out pools, but we didn't mind and never saw our neighbors. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't stay at the Hacienda adult only side, which did appear renovated and in a bit better condition, but we were still very pleased with our room, and very happy with our overall stay and experience.
We always stay at five star resorts but because of the wedding and all friends staying at this hotel, we chose to stay too. We booked their most expand largest room. 1400+ sqft of empty space but a bed, sitting area and a dining table. Nothing on the walls, no art or photos, no decorative vase/bowls to give some color to this room is off white walls. All solid line green curtains were broken and falling off the railings, spa had no water and once we filled it up; the jets weren’t working. Smallest frig w few beers, Soda and water only. No hard liquor. Small packs of coffee that was terrible coffee. Room service menu is awful and they charge $8 for each order which it supposed to be all-inclusive. Cannot take food from any restaurants to your room. Not very high quality food choices either. They cannot exchange dollar. They don’t say hello or good morning/night when they pass by you. Housekeeping took too long to clean your room until we called and spoke to manager. For the price we paid, we could have gotten a luxury resort in Mexico.
