The rock show and then DJ party that blasted music into our room until midnight then listening to people scream and party until 3am made it really hard to relax and get some sleep before a long travel back home the next day. I understand it's the "Hardrock Hotel" and that it's a fun music hotel but there were so many families and kids that I dont know how kids slept or families got rest with that loud music on a Tuesday night. Keep it to the weekends only or give your guests a warning before checking in.

Extra fees upon checking in, refrigerator did not work, it was overcrowded during pandemic . Live bands were very loud and you could hear in our room, emergency sensor kept going off in the middle of the night. Our service guy Leo was amazing and accommodated us to what we needed. However i will not be returning.

Pool was open and beautiful. Rooms were great! We were on the 7th floor and music would play all night, people walking by talking would wake me up. I’m not a light sleeper normally but it was loud enough to wake me up. Because of COVID some of their restaurants and bars were closed... so Accessibility was a small issue and food wasn’t up to par.... but it was overall a good trip away

Great hotel ans staff! ideally located : close to airport, 10min from adventure parks.... Nice rooms with view on ocean. Our kids loved it. Service was good. Went during Covid and we felt safe with all the new safety protocols. I highly recommend it. Only opportunities: loud music (well, it’s the Hard Rock, we should have thought about it!) until midnight every night / not clear on “credit” which allow you to have nice discounts in Spa (heard about it the last day... so couldn’t enjoy it).

We paid full price for all inclusive but the hotel was only partially open and only for limited hours. We were told it was completely open when we called the hotel prior to booking. Below expectations for this brand. The food quality was far below expectations.

Check in was very slow. After a slow check in we had to wait for bags to get to room.. Pool/Beach staff and bartenders were amazing. A couple of the restaruant staff could have been more attentive.
