Not enough towels in room. The water didn’t get hot enough in the shower.

limited due to COVID conditions, but room was clean and reception was friendly. Great location for Independence Hall area.

Treated very well by all staff members

The hotel was very eclectic and the staff was pleasant. We stayed there for two nights for our wedding along with several other wedding guests in different rooms. I specifically chose that hotel because of the free standing tub and robes pictured on the website. When I got there the robes were worn with lots of pile and looked like they were made out of an old college sweatshirt. We got the king spa suite with a view and there were burn marks on the couch and parts of carpet missing in the seating room. I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if I knew the robes pictured weren’t close to what we were getting as I planned to wear one while I got my makeup done. We won’t be staying here again, but it was nice enough if you don’t care about the above. Presentation and accurate representation goes a long way.

Lovely hotel, super friendly staff, got a free upgrade for a great view as well. My only issues were the thermostat was very weak, the temperature kind of was what it was and you couldn't change it much. And the wifi was a bit slow and sometimes would cut out. But great price for a fabulous hotel.

The experience was great! Room was amazing, front desk was very nice and super helpful. The only downside is that there are no microwaves or refrigerators available in the rooms due to COVID. Aside from that I have no complaints.

Wonderful customer service and great room!

Hotel is gorgeous and our stay was as awesome as it could be with COVID. We didn't see many people at all (which is good in the circumstances) but the only downside was I requested trash bags for removing our delivery food trash and we never got them after 2 calls. Maybe they are skeleton staff during the pandemic. Also the parking coupon to go in and out of the garage did not work so we just paid the daily rate. BUt those were two very small things - the rooms were gorgeous, COVID precautions kept us safe, and the location can't be beat, we walked everywhere and saw lots of cool historic sites.

There was no heat in my room and the shower water was luke warm. I complained and they told me there was nothing they could do because I booked through a third party they offered me a candy bar.

The hotel is pretty amazing actually although because of Covid19 there is no microwave or mini fridge in the rooms. This can be inconvenient when you have food leftover from carryout because if you don't eat it within a few hours it'll go bad. You also can't reheat your food. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful. The parking garage is a quick 5 to 7 min walk away.
