No one was wearing masks, not even the front desk lady. I get really unsafe and they seem to not give a damn. If you care about life, I recommend not staying there.
our stay was comfortable and fun. we had our granddaughters with us and enjoyed the pool.
Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The only negative was that our room was not clean one of the four nights that we were there. I requested some additional towels from the front desk and receive them.
All things good that were good. No bad things being bad.
The rooms was clean. The beds were comfortable. And even though it was just off the interstate there was very little road noise. The staff was friendly.
The hotel was fine but the person next to us had 2 little dogs and one large dog, it felt like we were staying in a pound, the person at the front desk did ask them to try to keep the dogs quiet, but all night long we heard them. It is nice to have a place for pets to stay, but maybe limit the number per room and if they can’t keep them quiet, they need to leave.
Comfortable hotel, a bit noisy, but fine. Location right off expressway.
The front desk Tiffany was really unprofessional and rude. Not to mention she took off with my boyfriend and came back to the hotel and tried to make me leave my own room cuz of it. The manager on duty took her side and was rude as well. I will never go back to this hotel again!
Room itself was fine. AC did not work properly (dual controls, one control on wall and one at the unit). The wall control showed the room at 77 in the room, yet the AC unit control was set for 65 AND THE AC WASN'T RUNNING. Staff's solution was to set it at 60. Staff assumed we didn't know what we were talking about, rather than assuming that we're frequent travelers who might know a little more about AC units than they did. The bigger issue was that staff wasn't wearing masks. None of them. Hardly made us feel like they had the proper level of concern for sanitizing rooms under Covid conditions.
I've stayed at this hotel twice this summer and both experiences have been superb. The check-in is efficient and the hotel is kept immaculate from the lobby to the sleeping room.
