City Express Ciudad Obregon

A bit basic. Elevators had problems reading room key cards, repeated tries necessary till they would eventually move Long wait to check in. I got the general impression the place was poorly managed.

Primero, el hotel cancelo mi reserva, cuando llegue tuve que hacer mi check in en la madrugada por que viaje y venía llegando a las 4: 00 am de la mañana así q me cancelaron la reservación y para no quedarme sin hotel pagué una tarifa más cara. Me dieron habitación y cuando entré a ella la chapa de la puerta estaba rota de que la habían forzado, la verdad el hotel se siente inseguro y no me pareció nada agradable la persona que estaba en recepción, entiendo que ya era de madrugada pero tenía una actitud bastante grosera y descortés, pase la noche ahí solamente porque ya era muy tarde y no quería nada más que descansar pero la verdad no me volvería a quedar ahí jamás.

The lobby looked clean but the room was small it didn’t have a coffee maker and the carpet was very dirty

Originally I was placed in first floor room. The noise was horrible. The ice machine sounds like a jet even though it was several rooms away from mine. I hardly slept the first night. I did request, and was granted, a room change for the 2nd night. 3rd floor was better, but still, the walls are like paper. I could hear every conversation and every time someone was peeing in what seemed to be every other room on the floor. For me, a quality hotel should have: 1. Clean sheets 2. Comfortable bed and pillows 3. The ability to close out all light 4. Hot water 5. Quiet While City Express is good on 1-4, the problems with noise make it unlikely I'll stay there again.

Not a bad place. Breakfast was to be ready for 6am and we got downstairs for 6am and no breakfast some guy was in the back but he obviously was not in any hurry to get food out. We waited until 6:20am and left as we had no more time to wait.

Quick service, good service and very clean. I would stay again, if I find myself at Obregon, someday in the future.

I like it because the service is good, the restaurant are close, I feel at home, breakfast is good, people are friendly, everything very clean,

The air conditioning was too noisy. I barely could sleep.

Dissapointment. Rooms not very clean and need maintenance. Hall ways dirty. Looks and smells like an old place.
