The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is quite convenient. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant once and the food was really great. Being a woman, I also liked having separate shampoo and conditioner as in most hotels you get a combination of the two. All in all, the stay was quite good. There were only some minor inconveniences. Our room was not cleaned one out of the three days we stayed. We left around noon and there was food leftover from lunch. When we came back after midnight, it was still there. I felt bad having to call for house keeping at 1 AM to collect it and to bring us more shampoo and body wash as we were out.
During the stay, there was construction going on right outside the hotel for a new metro which was a little annoying, especially in the evenings because the road leading to the hotel was closed. Other than that, the location is great as it is easy to take a cab or an auto everywhere. Walking distance to SGS mall is 20 minutes.
