Fresh Boutique Hotel

Firstly if the check out is early they need to let people know before booking when booking it says 12 and when you arrive all they care about is you checking out at 11. Women’s a little patronising who works in the reception she would be better off in the army. Check in was suppose to be 2 but I was told 3. Again we pay and price and should be told before. Reception staff not friendly there are better options don’t waste your money.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. Super clean, spacious, comfortable with great bedding and in the heart of all the action. Jenny was an amazing host, from check-in to check-out. The Greek breakfast buffet was a real treat! Thank you Jenny and Fresh Hotel for a great experience! I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location. Lovely little room. Nice bathroom. Helpful staff. My only complaint was the phone in the room kept going off at all hours of the night. Made for an awful sleep.

Delightful from check in to check out! Jenny is a wonderful host.... even carrying my very heavy bag up to my room.... much appreciated! Gorgeous room, great restaurant and fabulous music... very laid back. Highly recommend and look forward to a return stay

Great location if you like being in the thick of things. Beds are very comfortable and great shower. Only down side is if you are a light sleeper.

Jenny at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. We got to the hotel earlier than expected but we were given a space to store our luggage and change. Once we got to our room, it was clean and had everything we would need. There was a small issue with the bathroom but it was taken care of immediately and with a smile. Jenny arranged an excursion for us and was always available by phone when we had a question (or got lost). The location of this hotel is everything. It’s a short walk from where the cars can drop you off to get to the hotel, but it’s so worth it compared to the awesome location, right in the heart of the beautiful streets, amazing restaurants and shopping. You’re also a very short walk from the windmills, the water, and beautiful views.

The service was absolutely incredible. The receptionists were extremely helpful, friendly, and great to talk to. It was our honeymoon and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a room with a patio. It was fantastic. The hotel location is right beside Kalita, which is a fantastic fine dining experience. The hotel is also on a great part of Mykonos town and makes everything very accessible. When we had to leave the receptionist very quickly found us a driver to take is to the port. The service was the best part by far. The only comment I have is the shower situation... It's a very small shower and there is no door or curtain so water goes all over the bathroom and makes it slippery. We lined towels all along the floor.
