One of the worst hotels of my life
I don’t know how to start with all that went wrong with this place. I just want to write this review in order to prevent/warn future guests from the situation I experienced.
Internet wasn’t working, I had to ask 3 times in just two days in the reception and it still didn’t get fixed properly
Old rooms: dirty tiles, stains in the walls, broken mirrors, broken shower, broken furniture…
Dirty old towels even with a red lipstick stain that obviously they didn’t clean properly
The bacon I got in my breakfast tasted like expired meat, I had to throw it away
Noisy rooms, the windows are such a poor quality, that it felt like the motorcycles in the street were in my own room.
Mosquitoes at the entrance, just while doing my check-in I got stung several times, they don’t have any device or substance to get them away.
I informed the hotel from the very beginning about the internet problems and the day after about all the other stuff because I got fed up, and they didn’t refund me any money, just offered to pay my taxi to the airport, which is worth 4€
I felt so powerless, they told me they would inform the manager the next morning, and when they informed him he said it was already too late to complain and I couldn’t get any refund. I highly discourage people to come to this place. They don’t deserve the ratings they have and obviously the Photos don’t show their current status of decadence. It feels like a scam or a joke that they still have 3 star
