Casa Canabal Hotel Boutique

Walls are extremely thin. Was able to hear full conversations from the room next to mine.

We LOVED Casa Canabal. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I thought I would be disappointed when i found out that according to hotels.com website, this hotel was in the walled city. It is NOT in the walled city, but we ended up loving the location. You can easily walk to the walled city and the street the hotel is on is very active and vibrant with restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. A money exchange is very close by. The hotel is beautiful and we loved our room. Do not hesitate to stay here. I think you will be happy with your choice.

The boutique hotel was perfect. The location is in the center of everything but still very quiet, private and secure. The rooms are beautiful and the courtyard and restaurant are superb.

The hotel was in the hot Getsameni neighborhood but short walk to the old-city center. Nice courtyard interior and very quiet despite the outside bustle. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in helping us make bookings.

Beautiful boutique hotel that has a relaxing atmosphere and has a pool and yet when you walk out the entrance you’re right in the middle of all the action. Walking proximity to everything including markets, restaurants, main square where tours start. Lots of construction on the property made it noisy with lots of workers Constantly around- they should do that rather off season time. First floor room right next to lobby was loud with people walking by and can hear music from lobby. Breakfast included and has all the basics you’d want.

The property was centrally located; shopping nearby. Staff was very friendly and property was clean

I liked the service and all the employees were very pleasant and very helpful! I liked the less that the pool was being renovated and there was a lot of noise due to the construction

Nice hotel but the neighborhood can be a little sketchy at nite... We booked a double bed room with 2 double or queen beds... called to confirm BUT once we arrived we were told only 1 room was available with 1 twin & 1 king which is very small room for 3 adults maybe a child & 2 adults ... Front desk person. Couldn't do much... No Manger on duty...And when were were checking out 2 Other people were having the same problem... they also requested a 2 double bed room & were told NONE were available... So plan accordingly if you stay here

Great location in the old city and the staff were amazing!

Cannot say enough about the great service from the entire staff, particularly Alfonzo, Fernney and Benjamin. Hotel was always clean. The omelettes for breakfast were delicious. Great location too. On the downside, hot water in the showers was hit or miss. Would definitely stay there again though.
