in the center of poblado, very friendly and helpfull staff, many daytourists visiting the rooftop bar, gym is heavily frequented, room spacious with great outlook over Medellin, breakfast is poor, no fresh juices, fresh fruit for a country with those resources very sadening, most of the guests use the restaurant more as an office with their laptops and cellulars

The hotel is very well located. The staff was amazing. I will say that it is a VERY loud area at night.

Service was terrible. The room next to us was blaring music all night and we kindly called the front desk to request them to ask the guests next door to turn down their music so we could sleep. The front desk responded with “I think you should go talk to them instead” which was a shocking response. I would never want two guests to confront each other in a hotel, and we were very soured by that response. We were also told and confirmed by numerous hotel staff that the downstairs restaurant would be open for dinner. When we walked down after getting ready we were then told it was closed. Overall a really poor experience at this hotel for the price point.

It was a beautiful suite with a large Jacuzzi tub. While the suite was beautiful and very well appointed we had issues with the Jacuzzi. Apparently when the Jacuzzi is emptied there is still roughly 6/8 inches of water that does not flow out of the drain and stays in the tub from the last guests that used it. when the Jacuzzi was filled there was a disgusting brown slime on top of the bubbles and a slick around the entire tub of oil‘s, skin, hair, and Lord knows what else stuck to the tub. I actually emptied the tub got into the tub with soap and wash cloth and cleaned the entire tub out getting that last 8 inches of water out with the wine bucket and glasses. If you rent this room for the Jacuzzi first thing you should check when you enter that room as if there still water in the bottom of it, because if there is you’re getting the filth of everyone that was in that Jacuzzi before you.

The gym was closed . No corporate communication. Staff is very noce

I arrived a bit early for my check-in, the staff was very gracious and helpful with my luggage and what I could do while waiting for the proper time. In particular I want to thank Daniela-Caterina, she is amazing; very professional, and genuinely caring. She should be commended for the amazing job she does.

Love the hotel, staff and location. But it’s getting a little tired and they need to police the guest noise a little better.

Very nice stay. Its a beautiful place right in the middle of Lleras which is the best hotel in the area by far. Overall, very happy. 2 things that were not perfect: The beds were very hard and the exercise room was open but being remodeled, so was kind of a mess. BUT... they were open, it was great value and overall a great stay and would stay again.
