I was there with my family for 3 days. Stay was great. Check-in was straight forward and all communication was done through my mobile regarding access code and parking. The apartments are huge with fully equipped kitchen. Almost the same price than a hotel room with way more comfort. There is parking on site and it is located close to everything. I went there for work and it was perfect. I would go back with family or friends as units can accomodate bigger groups easily.

Fantastic family option to save money

Overall this worked great for us for the price and space. The fully digital system worked well, I reached out to customer service with a couple questions and they got back to me quickly. The room itself was great, very clean and nice, the full kitchen was helpful. The area has a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the bus to go into old town. If you don't have kids could walk to old town but it's 30 minutes. I used the parking lot behind the hotel because with our luggage rack we were over the height limit (6' 2") for the hotel lot, but that was fine. My only issue is that there was no elevator, but we got our luggage to the second floor no problem.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with everything close by, Wifi was fast and TV had streaming applications available for entertainment. Definitely staying there next time while visiting Quebec City and strongly recommended for families.
