Mision Campeche

Breakfast not included, even though the desk implied that it was. It was awful: inadequate, unappetizing, and overpriced. Cold, weak coffee is a bad start to a day in Campeche.

Hotel has a nice looking lobby. Unfortunately the small bars that are probably tenants of the building owner are loud until 3:00am. Would have been a ten if they’d use some of that rent for sound insulting windows.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s just a block away from the main square. It is an older building and very bright with a lovely inner courtyard. The cold drinks offered in the lobby were very appreciated. Our room was 311. It had two double beds which was fine however we had booked a room with one queen so it was not what we were expecting. Our room overlooked Calle 59 which at night becomes a pedestrian corridor full of restaurants and bars. Be prepared to fall asleep to the beat of music and laughter of those enjoying the night life below. We would not recommend having breakfast at the hotel as it was not very good.

It is a good Hotel with great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable enough and according to the colonial architecture of the zone. The only downside: Breakfast area is just outside the room door (only in one level of the building), so you can be woke up by the conversations of the people there. In this stay, there was no many people, so the noise was ok.

Excelente location! But the property is next to the 59 st which is next to the Bars & Restaurant a migo is very noisy and can’t sleep from all the drunk people being to happy and singing there music of choice, if you planing to wake up early or sleep get a room inside not the street side.
