Hotel ZIP

The hotel is on a noisy street. Breakfast is limited. The room is basic. Shower is weak.

I got great views from my high floor room corner rokm with two big windows was pretty stunning view right from my bed. Location is great downtown but a bit quieter section yet near everything including bus terminals to go to the beaches. On the low side like many hotels in Brszil it's in desperate needs of maintance and repairs plus some work on the decor. Very good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Very clean! I had problems opening the hotel door but after a few tries and help from the receptionist it was good (there’s a secret technique) Room looked really presentable upon entering and shower was really nice too. TV had a lot of channels and choices too (press the green audio to change language to English)

We already been in “low budget” places before, but unfortunately, in the end of the day hosted at ZIP Hotel, this one didn’t reached our top 10 list. Check-in very slow (for a reservation booked and paid in advance); front desk staff kind and receptive; the smaller bedroom I’ve ever been (couldn’t even walk around the bed freely and I’m a small girl, my husband, taller, had more problems than me); bed comfortable; shower comfortable but the bathroom is proportional to the room, tiny; 07am I was towards the breakfast area and saw blood drops in the corridor, warned the front desk about and almost two hours later they’re there yet. The place looks ok, good breakfast, good internet, have a good location downtown - for business and meetings is very good, price is reasonable with the services provided, but keep in mind that is a place for short stays without waiting to much.

Já tinha ficado no hotel antes da reforma e a evolução foi bem positiva. Apesar de achar a escolha de cores de gosto um pouco duvidoso (principalmente pelo verde com preto e branco ser mto estimulante para o sono), a reforma dos quartos onde fiquei melhorou bastante o local. Para uma hospedagem econômica, está muito bom. Porém tenho uma sugestão que indico fortemente: selar as toalhas de banho e rosto. Estamos numa Pandemia e as toalhas excedentes dos quartos (qnd há apenas um hóspede, por ex) podem ser mantidas no local apesar dos riscos de contaminação por aerossol por ex. Não é medida de alto custo, mas tem grande retorno em termos de segurança sanitária. Café da manhã também estava bem honesto, mas poderiam manter as mesas da área externa limpas e com cadeiras, permitindo o uso (inclusive por ser mais seguro também). No geral, a hospedagem foi muito boa pelo custo benefício.

A estadia no Zip Hotel foi excelente, super indico esse hotel para outras pessoas.
