Hotel Indigo East End

Our experience was great! I loved that I was able to take my puppy for a walk on the hotel grounds and the room was big enough for him to play. I didn’t like the ants appearing in the bathroom and then the door area.

We have stayed here several times, and I believe it is a good value. The summer is pricey as are all hotels are on the LI east end, however for the summer, this hotel offers excellent out door space and is central to so much. The hotel is modern and clean, and the reception is super nice and professional. We stayed here last weekend, and while we did not go outdoors due to the weather, there was a firepit and torch, if you wanted to be outside. The breakfast offered for free is adequate: bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee. Our only observation is that the hotel restaurant is either understaffed or not properly trained. Over the summer, it was slow service as well, but more understandable as it was quite busy. On our recent stay in January, it took us 45 minutes to get our first drink from the bar. We overheard other tables complaining about this service for the food, but they did add that once they received the food, it was delicious. I will stay here again, but will probably eat and drink elsewhere due to the service.

The hotel has great potential. Needs some refurbishing in rooms and public areas. The staff is most welcoming and accommodating. The cost isreasonable at this time of Covid, but can be pricey at other times.

This hotel was a lucky find late at night. The staff was kind and helpful. The place was clean and safe. A great value.

Let me be clear this is not a Indigo Hotel it is a Holiday Inn Express with a very fancy outdoor pool, we have stayed in 6 different Indigo Hotels and all except this one is cool hip and very different that “normal” hotels. This one is as plain as a hotel comes, the staff was friendly, the hotel reasonable clean - but we can get than anywhere and the location is not convenient, we moved to Hyatt Place, and it is way nicer and with a great location, and if you want to go upscale stay and eat at The Preston House and Hotel it is really good.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to enjoy the outdoor spaces, as we were meeting 9 family members and wanted to hang out at the hotel bar and outside. They have fire pits and several seating areas around the pool, all surrounded by a pretty landscaping which insulates you from the very convenient to the LIE location. The bar was super busy, but Natalie took great care of us as we had a group of 11 total that needed quite a bit of bar service LOL. We must purchase food if we want drinks, so we got guacamole and chips _awesome guac! Great fries, and chicken wings. For the room: standard size, very clean, refrigerator and microwave. They allowed us to check in early which was great, and in the morning they offered fresh and excellent bagels, butter and cream cheese, and coffee or tea. Easy checkout. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is great, very clean, modern. A little crowded in the Bistro area but pleasant ambiance nevertheless. My biggest complaint however is that their beds while listed as queen, these were clearly full size beds. The AC is strong but turns off for a long while you maintain the temp, but turns off so long to an uncomfortable temp before turning back on.
