The resort is quite spacious and the beach is great. Food selection is pretty good too but is very repetitive. Aqua park is a nice addition but is slightly dated.
We have lost quite a lot of time doing some simple things. Almost an hour for check in, almost an hour to book a la carte restaurants, 8 hours+5 calls+2 times going to reception to get the towels in the room. Luckily Christopher Santana from Expedia reception was always trying to ensure we stay in a good mood nevertheless.
Be aware, that the hotel is partnering with an Ultimate Leisure Club program, so there are lounges, pool, part of the beach, drinks in the bars and even items in the menus of a la carte restaurants, which are exclusively for those “privileged” people. So in the end our all inclusive felt not as inclusive as we thought it will be.
