Helpful staff, beautiful setting, very accommodating. Walter Potenza, Master Chef took 28 Americans for a food and wine tour through Sicily.

Good rooms , maybe on the small side but still very good. Great staff, lovely atmosphere. clean.... definetly will be back

I loved this hotel views, paceful, relax but,....it needs to improve breakfast & meals.

Large, well run commercial hotel. Room colours are a bit primary, but everything worked perfectly and was cleaned to a high standard each day. Food and drink are expensive but to a good standard. We walked across the road to a cocktail bar/ restaurant most nights which was half the price of anything in the hotel. Gym well equipped and pools were clean and tidy. Bit soulless inside but the location and views were great. Local area is quite impoverished and dirty so most people probably stay in confines of hotel.

Very disappointed as advertisement / photos of the hotel were not a true reflection of what I purchased with Expedia. All the photos show images of the part of hotel called D Club which is time share facilities, I was humiliated when my family were ordered to move from an area by pool to a less inviting area this also happened at the restaurant we were not allowed to have our food by the pool and ordered to go to a restaurant indoors on 1st floor. Hotel was nice but made to feel lower class than other guests. Staff not helpful and not friendly

The Hotel is situated directly by the sea surrounded by well-kept beautiful gardens. With its three pools and great entertainment it is a super choice for the whole family. If you get the chance, go to the Sicilian night event, it is fantastic and the boat trips are highly recommended. The onsite restaurant/bars are unnecessary expensive and the D Club (upper class system) will put people off coming back.

Beautiful setting right on the water with two large pools and plenty of chairs/umbrellas. The breakfast buffet is horrible. Poor selection, warm yogurt, nothing fresh. The concierge all acted like basic questions (nearby restaurants/how to get to town etc) were the first time they’d been asked. Very unhelpful. The worst part is the live (cheesy) entertainment blasting until 12am making it impossible to sleep before the show is over. Shame a hotel in such a prime location with such wonderful pools lacks any other redeeming qualities.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We will most definitely stay there again. The room was clean, the restaurants and bars were good, the staff was very friendly and there was a lot of entertainment provided for guests and perks such as free entrance to some of the parties hosted on site. The only thing that is different from what we thought is that there is not really a beach - it's more of a pier/steps to the ocean. Also we had read that you can walk to the train station which you definitely cannot. The road is too busy and would be dangerous to walk. You definitely would need a car or prepare to book transportation. We have family and friends nearby who drove and also booked a few excursions that included transportation so this was not a problem for us. (Also there were many nice excursions offered!) We definitely suggest this hotel!

This place is absolutely amazing!! We had a great time there.

I didn‘t like the breakfast. It was terrible, only little Choice, full breakfast room, only a gew fresh Things.
