Booked this hotel last minute to stay at the day before our condo was ready. What a great stay. Super comfortable beds, very clean, amazingly kind staff, nice pool and the breakfast was top notch for an included breakfast buffet. My stay was good with the exception of the Air condition; the property has them set to 67F. No way to regulate them to your liking! The room became hot and stuffy. Everything else was good.

What a amazing group of staff that did everything in their power to accommodate a lot of people during a hurricane. They were just so lovely and they treated people so kindly and with care. It really helped and everything was calm and relaxed. Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Very reasonable rates. In a time where customer service has become almost extinct Holiday Inn are going above and beyond for their guests. Well done.

staff was super friendly, property was extremely clean. Breakfast could be a little fresher. If breakfast is only available for 2 hours maybe they make half of the breakfast in the first hour and the other half in the second hour. I kept getting dry eggs because I got breakfast in the 2nd hour. It was still tasty it was just a bit dry from the warmers.

This property is new, clean and super comfy. Beds and pillows are amazing. Small fridge and microwave in each room. Bathroom is spacious. Walk in shower with glass door. Free toiletries , shamppo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, and lotion. Free breakfast, includes eggs, omlettes, bacon or sausage, pancakes, bagels, fruit, yogurt... something for everyone. And coffee all day. I stayed for 4 nights during Hurricane Milton. The staff was absolutely wonderful.
