Carillon Beach Resort Inn

We enjoyed our hotel and its proximity to shopping and bike trail.

Room was dark and in need of updating. Lights were out just all around uncomfortable to be in Did not stay but one night Left early

The room was not very clean and had pet hair. The furniture was very old and in poor condition.

We love this place. Carillon is one of the better places we have stayed. The beds arent the worst but no the best either. Their rooms are clean. The resort is beautiful. The only downfall we had this stay was one of the hot tubs were broke so we were stuck in the other with a bunch of teenagers that were locals. Not staying at the resort. This seems to happen quite often when we go. Besides that we love it here and definitely will return

I loved the resort. It was in a great location and very scenic. I wish the rooms were a little cleaner. They were a little dusty. The carpet was a little outdated and dirty. Overall my trip was great

Place is run down. Units are grubby & need a deep cleaning. Something was wrong with fridge, safe didn't work, bed was hard & uncomfortable. Because of COVID I don't think anyone was maintaing pool area. Just an excuse not to hire people.

At first w were given a room with a broken A/C. Switched rooms. Room was nice/clean.

I stayed in this hotel by myself and I couldn’t be happier! It’s located in a great little community with direct access to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. The location is perfect; 10 minutes drive to Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Aly’s Beach. Staff was helpful too; since traveling alone I asked to change my room from the 1st floor to the 3rd and they were very accommodating! Only complaint is that the hotel DEF. needs updates. Was clean, but very dated. I was only in the room to sleep/make breakfast, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. If I was having people over or traveling with more than 2 people, I would not stay here.

Very nice resort with private beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating during pandemic. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and could use some renovations.

The apartment was nice, even tho the decor was outdated, everything worked and was in order, everything was clean, kitchen was complete with individually wrapped paper towel, sponge, dish soap, dish washer detergent. I have seen other reviews saying about uncleanness or roaches, but I had no such problems. Pools were pretty good, also very convenient beach access. The lobby was still closed due to covid. The restaurants at the resort were open, had a great pizza there. 2 supermarkets nearby were very convenient too. The area is sooo nice and pretty. Since its already september, it was not crowded so it was peaceful and relaxing. Me and my dog enjoyed our stay there. If you have many things to carry to the beach though, might be a little trouble, since its like a 8-10 minutes walk to get there and you will find stairs on the way.
