Boutique Hotel Buta

Buta is very elegant and every person on the staff i came in contact with is extremely nice. Area is central. It’s clean and it is absolutely silent for a hotel which is a big plus. I rated it just OK because the mattress is uncomfortable for a hotel of this stature. The really heavy polyester quilt is too much for summer but when I asked for something lighter they had nothing. So I had to put the AC on because road was way too noisy to sleep with open windows. But you can’t control the fan speed on the AC so it was either freezing or warm. And the stench of cigarettes wafts into the room from other parts of hotel every night. I just didn’t sleep well there. Shower is terrible too. A huge rain shower head about 6 and a half feet feet high that has no pressure. But there’s a handheld nozzle too which is fine. It was fine for a few nights but I wouldn’t race back.

Beautiful lobby and rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Quiet.

Heating stuck at 27 degrees C. Asked hotel to fix but they could not fix or change my room.

The hotel was very nice. It has great decor, close to the center and the staff were very nice and welcoming. It can improve in regards of it's cleaning. For example, when we opened the drawers, they were dirty. Another thing, the mini bar was packed so nothing was cold, so maybe it's better to put less stuff in there

Good hotel, convenient for city centre. Would recommend it.

only stayed for one night ,too much noise all night.

I was told the hotel is four to five star , but there was no star rates. The furniture were basic, the room service was lousy, they even charge for extra towel, or for a drop of milk with the coffee, I didn’t think I will stay there again.

I was very surprised how luxurious this hotel is. It is actually the best hotel I have stayed in Europe so far for a fraction of a price of most of the places. The rooms are very large with great classy touches.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was everything you could imagine a high quality hotel would offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. Location is really nice not to far from the train station and many local restaurants. You can’t beat it for the price. The breakfast had a nice variety each day. I did not eat in the restaurant though. I will always stay at this hotel when I come back.

Excellent hotel in a very good location, in the heart of the city. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the stuff is super helpfull and nice!
