Overall a cute and unique experience for a nigh. 3 nights was too much. 1 or 2 nights is plenty for Guatape in general. I wish there was a bit more covered area for when it rained to eat under. The hot tub was only warm not hot.

I think, Toilet facility they can improve little better with more privacy. Food were very limited. There are a lots of room for improvement such as more options were desirable. Also, lack of English translation was very challenging such as ordering food and talking reception.

This place is AMAZING!! It was breath taking. Our cabin was spectacular. Quite. Safe. Definitely breathtaking. The front desk girl. Luis our service person. They have 3 dogs in this place and they are soo soo friendly. I recommend this place to anyone. We were here for just one night. But we will be back.

Fue una experiencia nueva y divertida. Sin embargo me parece importante que se diga que hacen falta algunos detalles, el cierre exterior de la burbuja en la que nos alojamos estaba en mal estado y no cerraba bien. Por otro lado, la cocina no es muy cĂłmoda para cocinar, los platos estaban mal lavados cuando llegamos y hacen falta artĂ­culos de cocina para mĂĄs comodidad, como tablas de picar. El servicio fue excelente, la atenciĂłn de personal muy amable. Seguro repetiremos esta experiencia!

Lors de la rĂ©servation sur leur site web, on nous promet des activitĂ©s gratuites comme le paddleboard ou le kayak. Lorsque nous demandons de faire ces activitĂ©s, on nous rĂ©ponds qu’il n’offre pas ces activitĂ©s sur place et que l’on doit payer un supplĂ©ment. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© faire un tour en ville et les activitĂ©s Ă©taient 2x moins cher que ce que l’hĂŽtel nous proposait Ă  la base « gratuitement ». De plus, le site mentionnait qu’il y avait possibilitĂ© de service en anglais. Aucun employĂ© ne sait pas anglais et doivent tout nous communiquĂ© par google translate avec beaucoup de difficultĂ©. La rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© dĂ©jĂ  payĂ©e et on me recharge en double le montant dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© en mentionnant que la chambre avait Ă©tĂ© annulĂ©, ce qui n’était pas du tout le cas. J’ai tout dĂ» rĂ©gler avec google traduction avec difficultĂ©. Finalement, on nous dĂ©montre un hĂŽtel propre et chaleureux sur les photos, ce qui est tout le contraire rendu sur place. Il y avait pleins d’araignĂ©es et de moustiques dans le sauna, et le spa Ă©tait trĂšs malpropre. Plein d’algues accumulĂ©es dans le fond, eau froide, bref mal entretenue. Bref pour le prix qu’on paie, je ne recommanderais pas.
