Built in 2024 so new. Beautiful rooms and very quiet (I faced the lake). The breakfast was not included but its convenient to Starbucks and other restaurants. The bar/dining was great food. they had a happy house 4-6. You could tell locals eat there which is a great sign of quality. I much prefer to stay in Basalt than over-rated Aspen. Aspen was about 30min away.

There is a nice workout facility and a a good restaurant onsite with a fantastic bar area, including outdoor seating. The rooms are comfortable and functional and tasteful. We enjoyed riding the hotel bikes on the nearby bike trail.
