Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hope Mills

It was good except for a few maintenance issues which the staff corrected. The desk chair is broken and someone may fall. Told the staff. Hotel was noisy, but they all are. Would stay again!

All of the employees were friendly and eager to make sure that my stay was enjoyable

A little too far from 95. Not as clean as the other Holiday Inn Express locations I have stayed in. Surprising in these times. Also, there was no bar soap in the Bathroom and no liquid soap in the shower dispenser. The staff however was very friendly and helpful. Overall i would not choose to stay here again.

The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly

The room was clean however when I walked it was really warm considering it was the middle of summer. I tried several times to adjust the AC but nothing worked so I called the front desk. They told maintenance would be there shortly but no one ever came. To add to that there was only one wash cloth in the towel set and a box of tissue with one tissue laid across the box.

I stay here when in town to visit family. Always a pleasure to stay.

Friendly and clean

I must say from the time I checked In the Holiday Inn Express here in Hope Mills NC, it has been nothing but first class. The process of checking in was very quick and smooth, something that is much needed after traveling on the road. After Not bring from the area, you tend to have a lot of questions on things to do and places to eat. The General Manger here was able to provide a wealth of knowledge and information on the best restaurants in the area, along with long list of things to do while visiting. The room I had was spotless and very clean. The cleaning staff at this place takes pride in making sure the guest is comfortable once they enter the room and making sure they have all the needed essentials while visiting. The entire staff here treats you as your a guest in their home..I’d highly recommend staying here.

I loved everything about my stay. From the minute i checked in the guy that checked us in was polite and courteous.(cant remember his name i know it starts with a G) He was so welcoming. Everyday we saw him he made sure to ask us was everything OK or if we needed anything. The young lady who cleaned our floor she was also great. made sure we had everything we needed. even when we requested extra towels she provided us us with what we needed. If i could give the staff 10 stars i would.

Order breakfast with front desk. When I went to pick it up I was told my order wasn't submitted. Only allowed 4 coffees for entire stay. Lawn was not. Cared for with large weeds growing every where. Will not stay at another holiday Inn. Ever!
