Excellent service, Poi the supervisor was very kind, helpful and attentive.

Shuttles are not operating from the airport and we were not told about this prior to purchasing room.

Everything was excellent, except breakfast. I think there are options for a hot breakfast. when we checked out. We had to stay for an emergency one more day in another much cheaper hotel, and they had food to heat in the microwave, which was very good. In my opinion, they could have hot breakfast, where one can look for it and take it to the room, it can be sealed, for one to heat it in the microwave, or simply change the ad on the page, where it says hot breakfast

The location is very conveniently located next to the airport which is one of the reasons we booked it. The room is spacious and well appointed but there were several cleanliness (multiple hairs in the shower) and maintenance (peeling shower floor, cracked millwork) issues. Also found it strange that there were no locks on either bathroom door. We would have mentioned these issues at check out the next morning but there was no one at the front desk when we left. We waited a few minutes but just left so we wouldn’t miss our flight.

The room's mirror in the toilet and sink room was missing 1/2 the mirror. The breakfast was undesirable. A bag with a gluten-free bagel, a bottle of water, a fruit cup, and a cookie. I ate the cookie and that's it. When we checked in the desk clerk didn't provide room keys for the number of rooms we had rented.

Nice place but room never did warm up at 77 degrees.

Very friendly staff and extremely clean lobby and room.

The Maids need to change the mattress pads they had stains and hairs on them Yuk!

Upon arrival to hotel room. Immediately I questioned the cleanliness. The shower had human hair still in it, the towel looked like makeup was on it. And then the texture of the bathroom floor was sticky. In addition, there was no toilet paper resulting in the call to the front desk. Also, my wife noticed there was lotion or something with very thick consistency (like it had been there for awhile) running down the bathroom glass door. Later, we noticed the bedding. The sheets were stained with brown and very noticeable due to the bedding being white. If we had booked multiple nights at this hotel, I would have canceled them and found another.

This hotel was clean, and convenient to the airport. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and there were two sinks. I also appreciated there was a refrigerator and microwave. The bed and comforter were nice, but the air blows right on the bed which made it a bit cold.
