Best Place my family and I have stayed. Friendly, helpful and the breakfast was fresh . Those biscuits were like back in mommas kitchen. They definitely looked and tasted homemade .
It was a great rate for a franchise I enjoy frequently . This was my first stay at the one in Twin Falls . I’d return , but I would check first to see if they have a youth sports team booked for the night . My morning was not as peaceful as I would have liked.
This hotel was great! One of the best ones we stayed at on our trip. It was off the beaten path so it was quiet even though it was very full. The pool and fitness center were fully open and there was an actual hot breakfast! Probably because it was Idaho, but it was nice to have that on our last night. The only downside was that the fire alarm went off at 3am forcing us to go out in the cold in our PJ's and wait in our truck for 10 minutes but that wasn't the hotels fault.
Excellent location. Close to visitor attractions, shopping center and restaurants. Awesome manager.
I have been using Holiday Inn Express in the past but this place is a disappointment, the bed cover sheet has stain and one of the towel has blood stain (see attachedpictures). The place is under staff, it took couple of hours to change our bed cover because they don't have enough staff and the person who tried to replace our bed cover (after couple of hours and follow up) brought the wrong size of sheet and I don't blame him since he is not a housekeeping crew. The housekeeping crew need to clean better especially people are still concerned with the COVID-19 virus and sanitary condition of the place you want to rest. We were so disappointed since we were not able to get enough rest due to the delay of changing our bed. Please improve your housekeeping and put more staff to cater customers needs.
For what I paid for a suit the room need to be more cleaner and more updated . Couch was outdated. Front desk not so friendly.breakfast was good.
Sign on the door states everyone must wear masks. Guests all over the hotel NOT wearing masks. No enforcement. Pool is open? Are you crazy? It was full of people. We are in a pandemic. Lastly. Staff not wearing masks. Clerk at counter pulled his mask down a few times to talk. What’s the point. I have not felt safe or comfortable here at all.
We were just passing through and this hotel worked well for that. It was in a location with lots of stores/places to eat nearby. It was about 15 minutes to the falls. The best part for us was that the freezer in the mini fridge worked great! Rarely the case in hotels! We were able to refreeze our ice packs for our cooler. Win!
Friendly staff and always helpful. Love being able to get coffee etc anytime. Room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast this time wasn't so swell. Food was barely warm. One of the food pan's lids was broke and we couldn't get it down only the worker could. Sausage patty's not good flavor. In the past its been great, but not this time.
