The worst. I travelled 90% of countries.
Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was closest. Next time will definitely read reviews as they all are true. Owner doesn’t care and is rude. He texted at 9 am “check out is at 10” that’s all. Didn’t bother nothing. I hope it gets shut down by health authorities.

Il b&b è molto comodo essendo in una via Centrale senza problemi di parcheggio. Si trova nel centro storico nella prossimità della scala in maiolica. La nostra camera era molto accogliente e spaziosa, pulita con bagno in camera. Colazione ottima per il prezzo pagato!

There is all we needed for a one nigth stay on our way around Sicily. Very good location in the town centre. The owner provided great advice as to the sightseeing. The breakfast was very modest - but that was probably caused by COVID-19 safety measures.

Giuliana e Raffaele gentilissimi..ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per visitare la città. Salve, questa recensione vuole esprimere l’esatta realtà dei fatti, affinché nessun’altra possa incappare in una spiacevole e deludente aspettativa di soggiorno. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla proprietà e subito, senza nemmeno aver visto le stanze o fatto il giro del b&b, ci è stato chiesto il pagamento rigorosamente in contanti e senza aver ricevuto fattura o documento fiscale! Incredibile! Ma andiamo al resto che ha lasciato me e mia moglie (e i nostri amici di week end) sgomenti e delusi in tutto e per tutto. La stanza, non pulita e senza il kit di benvenuto, mancanza sapone e bicchiere nel lavandino.... tutto lasciava molto a desiderare. Colazione. Premessa. Al telefono la signora aveva rassicurato che torte, crostate e quant’altro sarebbe stato di genuina produzione propria. Fermo restando che chi si occupava della preparazione era anche chi stava pulendo e si occupava delle pulizie in struttura (senza provvedere a usare guanti, quantomeno per il servizio colazione!...), ma la cosa scioccante era la scarsissima qualità e poca abbondanza:ovvero cornetti surgelati appena uno a persona, fette biscottate aperte e prese dall’umidità, marmellatine anonime E di qualità pessima. Il caffè sembrava quasi omaggio. Detto ciò siamo stati costretti a provvedere per una decente colazione presso un bar nei pressi. Insomma....pessimo! Mai più! Provvederemo ad un passaparola finalizzato ad aprire gli occhi a prossimi clienti e metterli in guardia, ovvero pessimo passaparola!!!!
