Very convenient to restaurants and close to I 64. Had a pretty good selection of free breakfast items. Walls and doors seem to be non insulated because outside noise was very loud in our room

I was disappointed by my stay Windham hotels usually are cost effective but clean. My room had dog hair all over the carpet. My daughters bed when she pulled back the bed covering to go to bed had a spot in the center of the sheets which appeared to be blood. I was very Disappointed when they just handed her the sheets and had her change her own bedding. Was great till then. I for the first time ever did not leave a tip for housekeeping. I was appalled to say the least. GROSS

I know the pendemic is taking it's toll on facilities, but I found this facility's room was lacking in normal features, most notably a room telephone. When asked about one, was advised the jack was probably bad and I could be placed in another room (I had just unloaded my car and all items were in the room (I declined to move them again). I found no soap and other similar items in the room, I asked and they were provided - that was when I saw a note on the grease board "You should ask for these items". The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. I found the breakfast items good, but minimal. The individual that assisted me the most and for that I would like to commend Derek for his handling of a situation I was in without knowing it.

This is an older hotel that needs an upgrade. No elevator. Staff was nice. Due to how old the hotel is, it maybe clean, but its very dinghy. Overall, for the area. Its okay.

Bathroom was not very clean, we got stained towels. Two days in a row our key cards did not work so had to walk all the way around the building to get in, next time the key card wouldn’t work on our room door so we had to walk down two flights of stairs to get that fixed. Website needs to be updated letting people know there is no elevator. I have heart problems & my aunt I am traveling with has breathing problems. Was very disappointed in my stay.

The room we were given was dirty upon arrival. The front desk did make it right by giving us a complementary upgrade. There was no soap in bathroom. No real amenities at all. Didnt get any clean towels next day. We had to go down to front desk to get them. Wasnt the worst, but wasnt the best.

The carpets in the hallway are saturated and smell like mildew and dog urine. The flapper on the toilet leaked and the toilet ran all the time. We requested that no one enter our room because of COVID while we were there and were told they would let housekeeping know however they still entered our room. The free unprotected wifi kept disconnecting too.

They’ve always been very nice and accommodating here. The only thing I would recommend is that they clean the hallway carpet; it looks like it had some water damage.
