Nice stay, only issue was mildew around the tub and hair stuck to the flooring just outside, kind of gross. Other that that spotlessly clean.

During these confusing times I thought the cleanliness of the room would be top priority. I could tell from walking in and seeing the shape of the lobby carpet that it was gonna be a hit or miss in the room, it was a miss. From the dust and cob webs to the potato chips and dirty fingerprints on the table to eat. All in all it looks like they attempted to show the attempt of cleaning. Could have done without the urine smell in the corner too

Carpets dirty, hard surfaces sticky, poor water pressure, generally poor condition, hot water bad

Easy check in/out. Great workers.

A good place to stay

Just did a 5000 mile road trip and stayed overnight in multiple Hampton inns in multiple states. They were all immaculately cleaned and felt so safe during present times. This particular hotel is older and not as up to date/ modern as all of the others we stayed in. Over all was mostly clean And comfortable but just felt older. Had to go to a different floor for functioning ice machine, we use stairs during covid and stairs had torn tread that if we hadn’t seen could be a fall hazard. Stair well felt dark and dirty as opposed to the other Hampton inns we stayed in with automatic lights and fresh and clean. Might sound nit picky but the sheets were kind of lumpy as opposed to the others so crisp and pulled tight it almost made me question if they had been slept on already. Others had wrap in remote letting you know it had been cleaned and this hotel did not.

Expedia booked us the incorrect room , then they gave us $20 discount on my receipt but i was still charged the full price on my bank account. On hold now with hampton. Also the staff was great , working hard but way under staffed and their usual laundry person on vacation was off and the other clerks are having to fold sheets and towels while checking people in. The ones there are overworked. Plus our sheets were a little sketchy. Also no breakfast as advertised and no pool open as advertised.
