Pricy but still Average hotel
Booked the hotel for one night and paid 12 000 dinars which is quite a lot for an average hotel with no charm. I was lucky to do the check-in with a nice and professional receptionist but other employees are not as professional as this agent. I stayed in the Golden Tulip hotel previously (facing Ibis hotel on the same road) and found the Golden Tulip not only cheaper but also far better with an excellent customer service. Almost all hotels in Algeria provide a free breakfast (including the Golden Tulip) but not IBIS hotel which is quite surprising. The only plus is the location in Bab ezzouar not far from the Airport but other hotels are located on the same road and provide better customer services. In Short, you could stay there if you don’t have any other option.

Was there for one night. The service guys were frindly. Room geting old and smells bad. There is a novotel in constrution beside ibis the start workin at 7am so expect some noise.

Nice cosy place
Nice hotel near the airport. Had good vegetarian buffet for breakfast and dinner.

My only disappointment the bus for the airport is only taking 6 people max very scary when you need to fly . Except this I can say the people from Algeria are the kindest people . I will come back at Ibis for sure .

DONT STAY HERE
AC didn’t work well. Key issue though was renovation work was underway but not mentioned on hotel.com app. They started the hammer drill at 6:45A. Not cool

The staff behind the check-in counter needs to be trained to acknowledge your presence when waiting instead of going back and forth doing their own thing until they are ready to check you in. They can simply say “ hello - I will be with you in a minute or so”. Also, they need to have change on hand instead of making you come back get your change and even when you come back they don’t the exact change (supposedly). Overall, the experience was great.

The receptionist tried to convince me that my reservation was on another day until another one came and confirm it. Then the other one informed me that the room with no breakfast until I showed him the Expedia confirm at stating that it was included. My booking was 2 twin bed and they gave me one bed
